Shipping---Each mailbox is made special for you, so please allow 6-8 weeks for
delivery and 8-12 weeks for custom orders. An email notice is sent when
your order is shipped out. We ship FedEx and UPS.

Custom Mailbox Orders
· We need an idea or preferably a picture of the proposed mailbox.
At no cost to you, we will take a look at your ideas and photos to see if it's even possible to make a mailbox from your description.

construction until the design is approved.
Custom orders require 8 to 12 weeks from final approval until completion.
Custom made orders or personalized items are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm dimensions, style, size, color, personalization, etc when an order is placed.
All of our items are individually created when they are ordered, and each is a piece of custom commissioned artwork, therefore they must be paid for in advance. We do not have the space to keep anything in stock and all sales are final.
If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we can make arrangements for return. The item must be returned with the same packaging as originally shipped for damage claim requirements.
